No one will understand the real meanings of the title.
The only real thing this entry is for is to alert you of me bettering my life by means of Michael Green’s 101 in 1001. Pretty much, you make a list of 101 preset tasks and your goal is to complete each task within 1001 days. I’ve wanted to do this since designdraft started, and I finally got around to finishing a list. That should have been a task.
Today is my first day and you can access my list at my 101 in 1001 page here on designdraft. I’ll update the page with more information like how many tasks vs. how many days left, and probably a category just for posts relating to my tasks, like this one, like Triflux’s layout.
By the way, I’ve already completed two tasks:
#22: Get a hard-drive based portable media player (>30GB)
This would be my Zune which does indeed hold 30GB of space. My Zune review was delayed because of an unfortunate accident. I sat on the screen and it cracked. I’m awaiting a box from Microsoft so I can send it in to be fixed.
#24: Get a Blu-ray or HD-DVD drive
I am enjoying high-definition games and movies with my Blu-ray-sporting Playstation 3. It was a surprise. Unboxing photos and review will come soon.
Anyway, because of college I haven’t had much article writing time, but when I finish my portfolio in the next week or two, all of my web projects, including designdraft, will get major overhauls. designdraft will get a new renova2o theme, which will be an improved renovatio, if you couldn’t figure that out. The [studio lag] website will also be made and open to the public, probably in time for Katsucon in February.
Lots of artwork will be posted as part of my designdraft project as well, hoping to get a good online works gallery going, but I don’t quite have enough completed works yet. This will soon change.
Anyway, I hope everyone had a happy holiday season and a great New Year. Here’s for another 365 with designdraft!
